Job summary

Kokosing is seeking a BIM/CAD Specialist to join our Westerville office. The role focuses on creating, managing, and coordinating BIM models and detailed drawings for process piping, with potential expansion into additional industrial projects.

Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential to support planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. The candidate will work with BIM platforms (Revit, Navisworks) and CAD tools (AutoCAD Plant 3D, Civil 3D) to produce

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with BIM platforms including Revit and Navisworks.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD Plant 3D and Civil 3D.
• Experience in developing and coordinating BIM models for process piping and industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models based on sketches, specs, and drawings.
• Prepare installation drawings and bill of materials from BIM models.
• Review, manage, and manipulate electronic design files.
• Update models and drawings to reflect as-built conditions.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical disciplines to integrate project features.
• Interface with project team to implement requirements.
• Support project coordination and constructability through modeling.
