Job summary

Weller Pools, LLC is seeking a precise CAD Drafter to transform rough sketches into accurate 2D layouts and 3D models using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or MicroStation. You will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and designers to ensure designs meet codes and client specs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical diploma in Drafting/CAD.
• 2–5 years drafting experience in manufacturing/construction/engineering.
• Portfolio of 3–5 samples preferred; Autodesk badges welcome.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 2D drawings, elevations, and 3D models.
• Interpret rough sketches and notes to build functional plans.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and PMs daily.
• Check dimensions, materials, and tolerances for accuracy.
• Standardize layers, line weights, and sheet sets across files.
• Update drawing packages to reflect client changes.
• Archive and manage drawing libraries and data.
