PwC is seeking a BillingPlatform Implementation Consultant, Manager, to enhance financial operations for clients. You will assess processes, identify improvements, and implement solutions to streamline operations, strengthen controls, and reduce costs.

You will lead, mentor, and deliver high-quality results with integrity and professional standards. You will drive project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion, while coaching junior staff and leveraging team strengths to meet client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance, management consulting, or related field.

Within our Management Consulting practice, you will leverage your growing business knowledge to identify opportunities that contribute to the firm's success. As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire your team to deliver quality results, while coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. In this role at PwC, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also engage in strategic planning and execution, mentor junior staff, and embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery. By partnering with team leadership, you will confirm collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables, while addressing conflicts or issues and engaging in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Risk Management/Insurance
• At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant
• Experience implementing BillingPlatform implementation
• Understanding of enabling technologies for finance and accounting
• Demonstrating proficiency in financial data mining and analysis
• Utilizing financial modeling to support strategic decision-making
• Managing complex financial operations and reporting systems
• Excelling in coaching and mentoring team members
• Embracing change and innovation in financial services operations

Travel Requirements

Up to 60%

Salary and Bonus

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
