Job summary

Holman Enterprises is seeking a Billing Operations Analyst to manage end-to-end billing cycles within BRIM, including testing, adjustments, and complex configurations. You will coordinate with IT and Finance to ensure accurate outputs and timely updates.

The role requires 3–5+ years in billing operations, strong BRIM/BRF+ experience, and excellent communication to align cross-functional teams. On-site work in New Jersey with potential after-hours support is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Advanced experience with billing and ERP systems (SAP BRIM/BRF+ strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated expertise in billing operations, system configuration, and financial reconciliation processes.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and BRIM-GDT integrations.
• Experience supporting audit processes, controls, and financial validation activities.
• SAP BI/reporting experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical/system logic and apply it to business processes.
• 3–5+ years of experience in billing operations or related field.
• Deep BRIM/BRF+ configuration, billing execution, and issue resolution expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of daily, non-monthly, and monthly billing cycles across all invoice types within BRIM.
• Perform and validate test billing to support system enhancements and releases.
• Oversee manual billing adjustments and LPI updates.
• Monitor BRIM for client updates and ensure timely processing (8-week cycle).
• Coordinate billing schedules and communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Governs billing configuration data within BRF+ and related cycles.
• Design, set up, and maintain client invoice break parameters for accurate outputs.
• Escalate and resolve complex billing configuration inquiries as SME.
• Collaborate with IT to log, test, and implement changes in billing systems.
• Support leadership, Billing team, and IT with special projects and after-hours needs.
