You will process insurance filing status reports, implement new software, maintain carrier listings, and troubleshoot system issues, while collaborating with Claims Research to adjust program tables as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Allscripts Practice Management or similar billing software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process insurance filing status reports to identify needed table maintenance and report progress to management.
• Set up, implement, and test new software programs and upgrades.
• Maintain carrier listings by client.
• Troubleshoot software/hardware issues and follow up on system problems.
• Collaborate with Claims Research to adjust program tables and data as needed.
• Monitor clearinghouse notices to determine required actions and formats.
