Responsibilities

• Provide effective communication to pay sources and clients regarding billing needs.
• Correspond with EAPs, insurance payers, and clients about claims and payments.
• Respond to internal/external emails within 24–48 hours.
• Maintain organized records of insurance and client payments.
• Generate reports for the administrative team (e.g., outstanding balances, claims).
• Oversee revenue cycle to support financial health of Elevation PLLC.
• Verify insurance benefits for clients.
• Manage debt collections and third-party communications.
• Submit billing rosters as required by Medicaid and MCOs.
• Assist with insurance credentialing when time allows and per CEO direction.
• Perform other tasks as directed by CEO.
