What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage billing processes for 3rd party payers, including Medicaid, Commercial Insurance, and Medicare D plans
- Conduct monthly billing for Nursing Home invoices and Private Pay statements
- Re-bill accounts as necessary to ensure accurate payment
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist in the setup of Hospice Accounts and perform other assigned tasks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Medical Billing experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in typing and computer usage, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
