This role can be based in Cincinnati, OH; Indianapolis, IN; Louisville, KY; or Newark, NJ. You will prepare prebills, manage the prebill-to-final bill process, respond to inquiries, and ensure

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience specializing in client accounting.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Aderant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, distribute, and process prebills and invoices monthly.
• Manage prebill to final bill process for assigned attorneys.
• Respond to billing inquiries with bill and payment histories.
• Resolve basic e-billing issues and submission rejections.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure timely invoicing.
• Document and track e-billing activities and approvals.
• Create basic spreadsheet reports related to billing and AR activity.
• Assist with mailing and emailing invoices and statements monthly.
