Position Summary
CVS Health, a Fortune 6 company, has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Coordinator, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Billing Specialist.The Billing Specialist will play an essential role in maintaining the integrity of our EAP plan sponsor billing.The candidate who fills this role will be a forward thinker with an aptitude toward continuous process improvement.The Billing Specialist will act as a key liaison for our internal and external customers, with a focus on providing an outstanding level of service.In this role, the Billing Specialist will be a key support for navigating a high production Billing & Accounts Receivable environment; directly managing their book-of business ( 300 +/- plan sponsors).

General Responsibilities

  • Billing – generate monthly invoicing for book-of-business.
  • Cash Application – apply incoming cash receipts to plan sponsor Account Receivable.
  • Aging – maintain satisfactory aging by pursing past due receivables.
  • Reporting – ad hoc reporting as necessary, engage on assignments to fit the business needs.
  • Communication – Engage with internal and external customers, keeping all communications concise, professional and organized.

R equired Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of billing experience
  • 1-3 years of MS office


Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare Billing (EAP highly desirable)
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Oracle/SAP experience


Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $37.02

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $37.02

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
