Job summary

Ports Petroleum is seeking a motivated professional to join our corporate team as a billing and operations coordinator. You will reconcile delivery paperwork, process wholesale deliveries and billing, and support tank wagon logistics to ensure accurate invoicing and timely paperwork.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented self-starters with strong communication skills who can multitask and collaborate with IT, sales, and logistics to improve processes and accuracy in our billing functions.
