Fox Rothschild LLP is seeking a Billing Specialist in the Finance Department to ensure accurate and timely billing in line with firm and client guidelines. The role supports multiple attorneys and clients, handling inquiries and coding invoices precisely.
The incumbent will review aged WIP, provide updates to the Billing Supervisor/Director, prepare detailed back-up, address overpayments or cost advances, process invoices via Paperless Proforma, and monitor e-billing availability for new matters
As a member of the Finance Department, the Billing Specialist provides accurate and timely completion of billing as assigned, ensuring that all tasks are completed in accordance with Firm or client billing guidelines or policies.
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Sedentary work: Exertion of physical strength to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds. Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.
