Job summary

Crafco, Inc. is seeking a Billing Specialist at our corporate headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time role focused on coordinating daily billing, correcting invoices, and managing MSO documentation for equipment.

You will work with SAP and the Credit and Collections team, ensuring accuracy of invoices and timely processing. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of billing or AR experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Billing and/or Accounts Receivable experience in a mid-to-large company.
• Strong communication, written and verbal.
• Solid understanding of AR processes with emphasis on billing.
• Good time management and stress handling skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer billing and credit invoices in SAP.
• Verify invoice data including sales price, cost, tax and freight.
• Create and maintain MSO paperwork for equipment sales.
• Assist Credit and Collections by setting up customer data in SAP.

Job description

Crafco, Inc. is seeking a Billing Specialist at our corporate headquarters in Phoenix, AZ.

Full-time Billing Specialist professional wanted! The Billing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating daily billing, invoice corrections, and creating/maintaining equipment MSO's.

Specific Duties:

• Process customer billing & credit invoices in SAP.
• Verify the accuracy of the invoice information including sales price vs cost, sales tax & freight.
• Create and maintain Equipment Manufacturer Statement of Origin (MSO) for equipment sales.
• Assist the Credit and Collections team in setting up customer information in SAP & monitoring credit blocks in SAP.
• Assist the accounting, customer service & sales with invoice & credit memo issues and other miscellaneous tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Billing and/or Accounts Receivable experience preferably in a medium-to-large company environment
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong general knowledge of accounts receivable processes with expertise in billing
• Strong time management skills
• Intermediate to advanced PC skills including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Experience with using SAP is preferable
• The ability to handle stress, to manage time and people and to analyze numbers
