What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Create and submit medical, pharmacy, and third-party vendor claims timely and accurately
• Resolve rejected electronic claims to ensure successful future submissions
• Maintain ready-to-bill delivery tickets and communicate statuses within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team
• Document case activity and communications in CareTend for account accuracy
• Contribute medical billing expertise to improve the efficiency of the RCM team

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 2-5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience
• High School Diploma and specialized training in intake, pharmacy/medical billing, and/or collections
• Proven understanding of billing processes and techniques with all payer types
• Strong organization skills to maintain clear records of activities and documentation
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
