Job summary

Garden City Hospital is seeking a Specialist, Billing to lead timely follow-up on Managed Care and Commercial accounts. You will communicate with health plans by phone, maintain productivity standards, and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years hospital managed care/commercial collector experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Knowledge of contract interpretation
• Familiar with hospital billing requirements
