Transcom Solutions, LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our finance team. The role is full-time with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days work from home).

You will manage end-to-end billing for Workers' Compensation language services, handling about 200+ daily, ensuring accuracy and timely processing, while seeking ways to reduce errors and improve processes. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

• Experience in billing.

Job Description

Location: Tampa, FL · Start date: 8/31/26 Type: Full-Time M-F 8a-4:30p Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days work from home: every Friday and 2nd day of your choice)

We're looking for a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our finance team. You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end billing process — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a smooth experience for both internal teams and customers.

• Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and reduce errors
