Looking for a dedicated Billing Specialist to join our growing company.The role of a billing specialist is to produce and maintain invoices for multiple customers. The Candidate should eventually demonstrate the ability to understand and assist with the resolution of complex requests. Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues.Key responsibilities will include:

·High volume billing in accordance with contract requirements

·Ensure invoicing is done accurately and timely

·Delivery of invoices to customer via email, portal upload, mail

·Process credit card payments

·Effectively communicate with other departments, project managers, and customers

·AR aging review, and customer follow up

Other Skills/ Abilities:

·Capability of independent work

·Excellent organization and time management

·Strong attention to detail

·Work well in a team environment and support others within the group when needed

·Excel advanced level (formulas, pivot tables, etc) is a plus

·Strong sense of urgency for addressing internal and external customer/company needs

·Ability to multi-task and work in an efficient manner.
