Washington University in St. Louis is seeking a detail-oriented scheduler and billing assistant to obtain insurance information, counsel on financial assistance, and register patients by phone or email.
You will coordinate with physicians and clinical staff to schedule urgent or referred cases, explain billing processes, and provide excellent patient service in a busy office environment. Required are a high school diploma or equivalent and about 3 years of relevant experience.
