Job summary

Travelers is seeking an Account Resolution Analyst to support Agency Bill inquiries, resolve complex billing issues, and manage receivables to maximize cash flow. You will collaborate with internal and external resources to resolve disputed premiums and document resolution activity, while maintaining strong analytical and organizational skills.

The role involves servicing customer inquiries, escalating issues when needed, and contributing to process improvements across the billing lifecycle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in accounting/insurance industry preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, Web-enabled applications and database software.

Responsibilities

• Review accounts, validate overdue premium, and manage until resolution is reached.
• Research and analyze disputed billing transactions and ensure accurate application of payments.
• Keep relevant parties informed of billing status and changes; investigate aged unallocated debits/credits.
• Provide guidance to agents and partners; support process improvements and training.
