Ideal Option is seeking a Billing Prior Authorization Specialist to join our team supporting our nationwide network of clinics. This remote role involves obtaining referrals and authorizations for services within the billing department, while handling patient data, costs, and documentation to ensure proper insurance submission.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of prior authorization experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year experience with Prior Authorizations.
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft product suite and Internet.
• Typing speed of 60 words per minute or more.
• Knowledge of chemical dependency and its effects on individuals, families, and communities is required.

We are looking for a Billing Prior Authorization Specialist to join our growing team and help us in our vision to give back lives, reunite families, and heal communities that are suffering from the devastating effects of substance use disorder.

Location

Remote-WFH

Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, Idaho, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, or Washington.

Compensation

$18.00/hr - $19.00/hr

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week

The Role

As a Billing Prior Authorization Specialist, you play a key role in obtaining referral and authorization for services within the billing department. Additional responsibilities include:

• Enters new patients’ and existing patient's data into the computer
