Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, strong Excel skills, and 3–5 years of relevant experience. The compensation package includes $90,000-$100,000 with potential bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in billing, financial operations, or corporate accounting.
• Ability to analyze data, reconcile results, and communicate findings.
• Experience with SOX controls and/or audit support (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain billing system configuration for all advisory clients.
• Execute quarterly fee collection process.
• Manage accounts receivable activities to resolution.
• Support internal controls testing.
