The position emphasizes training, reporting, and continuous improvement of revenue cycle efficiency, with a focus on customer service for patients and payers.

Competenze

• CPC or CPB certification preferred.
• Experience with payer appeals processes.
• Knowledge of FQHC policies and requirements.
• Strong analytical skills.

• Oversee daily billing activities, ensure accuracy, efficiency, and policy adherence.
• Handle complex claims, denials, and appeals; monitor unpaid balances.
• Investigate and resolve billing questions for staff, patients, and payers.
