Circle of Life is hiring a Billing Manager in Shoreview, MN to lead the billing department at our corporate office. The role focuses on managing billing and collection activities across assigned areas while ensuring compliance with payer guidelines and internal policies.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years’ experience supervising a billing team, with strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent communication. Healthcare billing experience and MN payor familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience leading a billing team in a healthcare setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with MN payors and regulatory requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily billing operations, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
• Manage billing functions and resolve issues promptly.
• Verify client eligibility for services and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and minimize write-offs.
• Provide training and guidance to billing staff.
• Implement and optimize billing software processes and flows.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of billing regulations and payer requirements.
• Develop relationships with branch management and payers to expedite claims.
