Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to configure and customize the WoundExpert billing software for efficient billing and claims submissions
  • Provide training and education on billing processes and best practices within the software
  • Guide clients through initial setup and data migration for a smooth transition
  • Troubleshoot and resolve implementation-related issues, coordinating with technical support as needed
  • Assist clients with insurance and Medicare credentialing processes to ensure successful claims submission
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience, including 2+ years in software implementation and billing in Wound Care
  • Proven experience in medical billing and coding, with emphasis on wound care
  • In-depth knowledge of Medicare and commercial insurance credentialing processes
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with EMR platforms and CRM tools for clinical data reporting
  • Knowledge of compliance and audit readiness in healthcare
