BILLING FINANCIAL ANALYST

As a Billing Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and impacting Foley Carrier Services' financial performance.

This position will be responsible for billing and operation analysis and reporting. It is a hands-on role emphasizing continuous improvements to deliver easy-to-understand, business-critical information. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible, assertive, positive, and capable of managing several tasks and projects simultaneously, adapting to changing business priorities.

This is a remote position — residents of CT, MA, GA, FL, SC, TX are welcome to apply!

The compensation for this role is $60k-$68k, depending on experience and qualifications.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Foley's products and services
• Understand Foley's billing practices and procedures
• Support Foley's billing and AR team as a versatile team member across all areas
• Analyze data to proactively identify issues and opportunities, focusing on billing improvements
• Develop meaningful metrics and trends to forecast and influence future results

What We'd Like You To Have

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• 2-5 years of corporate billing and AR experience, with an interest in business analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SQL and relational database experience are a plus
• Attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately
• Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders
• Good business acumen and ability to present analysis clearly
