Responsibilities
Handle all billing needs and issues for the company.
Go to the post office daily.
Research tickets when necessary.
Work with the sales team to ensure tickets are processed.
Double check data entry for final bill accuracy.
Handle customer requests to distribute invoices.
Enter daily transmittals with customer requirements.
Issue itemized invoices and bills.
Maintain and organize the filing room.
Assist in other areas of the AR department.
