Responsibilities

• Analyzes encounter forms for quantity and completeness.
• Enter billing claims accurately and promptly to expedite payments.
• Assist with reviewing and entering diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Update patient demographic information (non-insurance).
• Balance data entry of batch forms and note discrepancies with the office manager.
• Compile daily individual productivity reports.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
