Summary

As a Billing Coordinator, you'll manage daily billing operations by recording labor from work orders and generating invoices for our builder partners according to their specific requirements. Working collaboratively with all departments, you'll ensure accurate and timely billing while maintaining strong communication throughout the company.

Overview of Your Daily Tasks
  • Verify and enter the subcontractor’s labor payment on each work order in our scheduling and billing system.
  • Examine pricing based on builder and salesman guidelines and customer service entry if necessary.
  • Data entry and typing invoices to builders (daily quota 75+ daily).
  • Sort, mail, record invoice information on builder portal, and email invoices in accordance with builder procedure.
  • Meet daily and monthly deadlines.
  • Research work orders.
  • Communicate with other internal departments by phone, email and in person.
  • Adhere to confidentiality regulations.
