JOB SUMMARY

We're looking for a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has strong time management skills, stays composed under pressure, and consistently meets deadlines. Because client billing requirements vary, this person must be able to quickly adapt to different rules and processes from client to client. This role requires clear, effective communication with project managers and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. The Billing Coordinator will also build reports in Excel as needed and partner with the Billing Manager on quality control to ensure accuracy across all billing processes.

INTER-RELATIONSHIPS

Employees, Managers, and Supervisors throughout the corporation, and various external customers, vendors, consultants, and governmental regulatory officials.

MAJOR TASKS
  • Create and send accurate invoices to clients based on custom billing rules.
  • Research disputed invoices.
  • Edit/Create Excel files and PDFs (V – Lookup, Pivot tables, and Macro abilities desired).
  • Project cost-tracking experience.
  • Ensure that client driven billing requirements are met.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Billing Manager to ensure client needs are met.
  • Willingness to add/grow in responsibilities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE

Topographic OM, Inc. in office Standard business hours is Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.

The specific schedule for this role will be based on location and department.

Travel to worksites may be required.
