Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of medical billing, coding, or revenue cycle experience.
• Experience with multiple commercial and government payers.
• Pediatric or primary care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review documentation to ensure accurate code selection and charge capture.
• Submit clean claims and monitor payment status with payers.
• Post payments and reconcile daily transactions.
• Follow up on denied or delayed claims with carriers.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant data and confidentiality.
