Responsibilities

• Review and audit vehicle deals for accuracy, completeness, and missing documentation.
• Process completed deals into the accounting system accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare title and registration paperwork and submit required DMV/state documentation.
• Follow up with the DMV and customers to resolve title and registration issues and track outstanding items.
• Review and maintain accounting schedules, research outstanding balances, and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify missing or incorrect information and obtain necessary documentation with dealership teams.
• Provide administrative and accounting support with accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing.
