A financial services company located in the United States is seeking a Billing and Settlement Specialist. The role focuses on ensuring accurate billing, analyzing vendor expenses, and improving invoicing processes. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance and possess advanced Excel skills. This position is primarily remote, with responsibilities supporting billing and settlement activities.

The CPS Settlement and Billing Team is responsible for the monthly billing, verifying pricing and transaction activities are billed accurately. This team is also responsible for the reconciliation of Jack Henry's Settlement accounts to Fiserv, MasterCard, and Visa. Our team supports JH's internal support teams and JH clients and participates in audit exercises and continuous improvement projects. Currently this role will primarily be supporting billing but will be required to be proficient in settlement too.
This position can be worked remotely within the United States from 8am-5pm CST. Preferably this role will work remotely from Houston, TX.
