A health solutions company is seeking a Billing and Enrollment Analyst to coordinate new groups and renewals, ensuring timely implementation and excellent customer service. This role involves collaboration with internal teams, project coordination, and compliance maintenance. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of relevant experience, alongside strong organizational and communication skills. Role Snapshot
Our Billing and Enrollment Analyst coordinates and facilitates all new groups, renewals, and changes to ensure they are implemented in a timely and accurate manner and to provide best possible customer service experience for insured groups. This includes daily coordination of group processing, in addition to coordinating projects related to implementing automated enrollment processes for groups. our Billing & Enrollment Analyst will also support other related projects and workflow teams as needed. This analyst works closely with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies, support audits, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Salary Range
$47,000 ~ 67,000
The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may fall outside of this range.
