Century Group partners with a client to hire a Billing Analyst in San Francisco, offering an hourly rate between $35.00 and $45.00. The role focuses on processing billing transactions, applying payments, reconciling activity, and maintaining precise financial records.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, experience in billing or AR, strong reconciliation skills, and proficiency with Excel and accounting software.

Formación

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance.
• Experience in billing, accounts receivable, payment processing, or related function.
• Strong understanding of reconciliations, payment applications, and billing procedures.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Process billing transactions, customer payments, and account updates while ensuring accurate financial records.
• Apply payments to customer accounts, reconcile billing activity, and investigate discrepancies as they arise.
• Review invoicing and payment information to verify accuracy and ensure proper account balances.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve billing issues, payment variances, and account inquiries.
• Prepare reports, journal entries, and supporting documentation related to billing, collections, and cash receipts activities.
