Job summary

Harris Computer seeks a detail-oriented accounting/AR specialist to handle invoicing, credits, debits, and customer account maintenance, ensuring accuracy in every transaction.

You will proactively communicate with multiple departments on problem accounts, assist Collections to resolve billing issues, and provide timely information to customers and colleagues while supporting month-end and quarter-end close.

Qualifications

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable or finance environments.
• Strong data integrity and accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing, credits, debits, and customer account maintenance.
• Communicate with various departments on problem accounts.
• Collaborate with the Collections Department to resolve billing issues.
• Provide timely responses to customer and employee requests.
• Prepare information for month-end and quarter-end close.
• Perform account reconciliations.
