Job summary

Harris Computer in Milton, MA seeks an accounts receivable/finance professional to manage invoicing, credits, debits, and customer accounts. You will keep lines of communication open with multiple departments to resolve problem accounts and ensure accurate records.

You will support the collections process, respond promptly to inquiries, and assist with month-end and quarter-end close tasks while maintaining data integrity and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing, credits, debits, and customer account maintenance.
• Coordinate with various departments on problem accounts.
• Work with Collections to resolve billing issues.
• Provide timely responses to customer and employee information requests.
• Prepare information required for month-end and quarter-end.
• Account reconciliation.
