Universal Health Services (UHS) – Western Region Consolidated Business Office (WCBO) seeks a Billing Representative for a Monday-Friday, in-office shift from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Responsibilities include reviewing patient accounts, validating codes and charges, and submitting claims per payer guidelines to assure timely reimbursements.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of medical office experience, knowledge of medical billing, and proficiency in Excel and data entry.

Job Description: Biller – Billing Rep: Monday-Friday 5:00AM-1:30PM IN-OFFICE POSITION

The Billing Representative is responsible for reviewing patient accounts and validating claims. Duties include validating codes and charges are correct, preparing and submitting claims according to payer guidelines, and ensuring accurate and timely claim submissions.

Qualifications

1+ years medical office experience.

Education

High School or equivalent.

Requirements

• Demonstrates knowledge of medical insurance billing.
