JOB SUMMARY: Installs posters and bulletins, performs maintenance on physical structures and surrounding property, and works on all Digital Assets as required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- The ability to climb fixed, portable, and extension ladders to heights up to 125 feet multiple times daily.
- The ability to work from elevated platforms up to 125 feet in height for up to 70% of the workday.
- Must be able to lift weights up to 100 lbs. safely, following proper lifting practices.
- Working knowledge of or ability to learn the proper use of an oxygen/acetylene torch.
- Working knowledge of or ability to learn the proper use of an AC/DC welder.
- Must be able to operate or learn to operate gas-powered equipment such as lawn mowers, chainsaws, generators, compressors, and paint sprayers safely.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles.
- Use all safety-related equipment as mandated by company procedures without exception.
- Basic mathematics skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Full range of motion to install and maintain posters and signage.
- Meet maximum weight restrictions of 265 pounds due to safety equipment requirements for elevated work.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and tolerate outdoor environment risks.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

- High School diploma or equivalent.
