Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor is seeking a skilled carpenter in the Bronx, NY to build and install wooden and coroplast extensions for billboards. You will trace, cut, assemble, and vinyl-apply components, preparing items for hanging and coordinating related duties in warehouse and field settings.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of carpentry experience. Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to read and interpret instructions are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
• One year experience in carpentry.
• Experience with carpentry materials and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Build and modify wooden/coroplast extensions for billboards.
• Trace shapes on plywood/coroplast and cut with saws.
• Assemble extensions using plywood, coroplast, backings, rods and screws.
• Glue vinyl onto extensions and prepare for hanging.
• Support posting/warehouse activities as needed and organize orders.
• Order wood and supplies; train billposters and carpenters as needed.
• May perform field/warehousing tasks and hang test billboards.
