• Maintains sites and performs upkeep (trimming, painting, debris removal).
• Lifts heavy objects and performs strenuous physical labor.
• Reports landlord issues or complaints as needed.
• Uses company systems to read instructions and input data after job completion.
• Takes photographs of completed work.
• Follows safety and incident procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
