Job summary

KidsPeace is seeking a Bilingual Assistant Youth Care Supervisor in Bethlehem, PA, responsible for assisting with administrative coordination and staff management within shelter houses. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree or an Associate's Degree with relevant experience, in addition to bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. The position offers competitive pay starting at $23.50 per hour for an Associate's degree, escalating to $24.00 for a Bachelor's Degree, along with various shifts including full-time options.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interviewing and hiring staff.
• Maintain a safe environment through effective management.
• Facilitate weekly psycho-educational groups.

Skills

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish

Competency in dealing with youth

Computer knowledge and skills

Education

Bachelor's Degree and 1 year experience or Associate’s Degree with 3 years experience
