Job summary

AuraOne seeks a Remote Bilingual Writer fluent in Thai to evaluate generalist prompts and responses against our quality rubric. You will review outputs, label issues, and provide structured feedback to retrain models. This contractor role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work asynchronously from the US.

You will compare paired responses, assign severity tags, and document recurring failure modes to help the modeling team improve future iterations. 10+ hours weekly preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience on thai generalist evaluation.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the issue and the rubric clause being applied.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to flag when a prompt itself is the problem.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.
