Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Previous experience as Retail Store Manager or Sales Manager.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work flexible schedules (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
