Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Clear communication skills and positive attitude.
• Customer service oriented with integrity.
• Retail sales experience helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work 32+ hours weekly including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the store.
• Live within 30 minutes of a store and willing to work at multiple locations.
• Proficient with a PC.
• Abide by store policies and present a neat appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions for customers.
• Represent Cricket Wireless professionally and courteously.
• Assist store leadership with operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs; eligible for bonus payments.
• Participation in outside events and promotions as needed.
