Mobilelink LLC in Seymour, IN is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate to join Cricket Wireless retail stores. This role offers base salary with commission and requires fluency in English and Spanish for customer interactions and upselling opportunities.

You will deliver outstanding service, meet sales KPIs, participate in community events when required, and contribute to growth across multiple locations within the district. Training and career progression are provided.

Formación

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Clear communication and customer service orientation.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the home store location and be flexible to work at multiple locations within a district.

Responsabilidades

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Build value with solutions for customers, families, or businesses.
• Represent the Cricket Wireless brand professionally and courteously.
• Assist store leadership with daily store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs and participate in events for customer acquisition.
• Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities as needed.
• Follow notice of scheduled events and assist with event setup or breakdown.
