Mobilelink is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Florida to provide exceptional customer service and tailored solutions for customers’ needs. You will represent the Cricket Wireless brand with professionalism and support store operations, while working toward sales goals and KPIs.

The role requires English and Spanish fluency, a customer‑centric attitude, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail sales experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifikationen

• Must be fluent in two or more languages.
• Clear communication skills- Attitude and technical aptitude.
• A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.

• Represent our Company and the Cricket brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist our leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs (which can lead to that much-needed extra bonus payment).
• Duties at events may include customer engagement, marketing materials, and event setup or breakdown.
