Mobilelink is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Louisiana to provide exceptional customer service and sell Cricket Wireless products. You will guide customers with tailored solutions and represent the Cricket brand with professionalism.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior retail experience is beneficial, with room for growth within the Mobilelink team.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish).
• Clear communication skills with a positive attitude and technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket Wireless with utmost professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with daily store operations and duties.
• Aim to achieve sales goals and KPIs, with potential bonus payments.
• Occasionally participate in outside sales events and promotional activities for customer acquisition.
