Job summary

DSI Systems, Inc. is hiring Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store setting in Aurora, Colorado. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless products, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, bilingual ability, and strong communication skills. The position offers paid training, advancement opportunities, and a competitive pay with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Bilingual candidates are required.
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred)
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment
• Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets)
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services
• Drive retail sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accuratelyMaintain strong product knowledge to confidently recommend solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand compliance
• Work collaboratively with team members to maximize store sales performance
