Rymco, LLC is seeking a Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Advocate – Cricket Wireless to greet customers, present wireless plans and devices, and help achieve sales goals in a fast-paced retail setting. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and up-selling opportunities, with training provided.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, with at least 1 year of customer service experience and a sales or marketing background preferred.

• 1+ year of customer service experience (Preferred)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
• Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
• Sales or marketing background (Preferred, not required)

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner
