Rymco LLC, Knoxville, is seeking a Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Advocate for Cricket Wireless. You will greet customers, upsell wireless plans and devices, and strive to meet or exceed sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires English and Spanish bilingualism, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. Training is provided, with competitive hourly pay plus commissions and employee discounts.

Competenze

• 1+ year of customer service experience (Preferred)
• Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)

Mansioni

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner
• Maintain product knowledge to effectively present and upsell wireless plans, phones, and accessories
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
• Assist with marketing efforts and in-store promotions
• Handle customer issues with care and escape when necessary
