Job summary

My Wireless is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Baldwin Park, CA to engage customers and educate them on AT&T products and services. You will guide buyers through the purchasing process and strive to exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

You will have opportunities for advancement as you learn and perform, with ongoing paid training and a supportive team culture. This role offers base pay plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred)
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
